For nearly three decades, Dr. Rachelle Boudreau has been proudly serving the Cincinnati community with compassionate, personalized dental care. With 28 years of experience, she is committed to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through a full range of general and preventative dental services. As the founder of Illuminate Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, she has built a practice centered around personalized treatment, advanced technology, and a welcoming environment for patients of all ages. Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, Dr. Boudreau believes in building trust and lasting relationships with every patient.
Dr. Boudreau is an Accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) – a distinction held by only a select group of dentists worldwide. This accreditation reflects her advanced training, artistic skill, and dedication to excellence in cosmetic dentistry.
At the heart of Dr. Boudreau’s success is her talented and caring team. Her clinical focus includes comprehensive dentistry, smile makeovers and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments (including BOTOX® and Juvéderm). She is passionate about helping each patient feel confident and cared for, whether they need routine care or transformative cosmetic solutions.
When she is not in the office, Dr. Boudreau enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband, Dr. Russ Boudreau, an oral surgeon in the community, are the proud parents of three boys. Dr. Boudreau is passionate about fitness, pickle ball, cooking for her family and friends, watching the Reds and Bengals, and making flower arrangements.

Vincent Benedetti, DDS
Joining Illuminate Dentistry in 2016, Dr. Benedetti focuses on making sure every patient feels comfortable and informed about their dental procedures. A Cincinnati native and a Ohio State University graduate, he shares Dr. Boudreau’s passion for whole patient care and extends the practice offerings with certification in fitting patients with Invisalign aligners and HealthyStart appliances.
Dr. Benedetti enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, playing softball, doing home improvement projects and getting outdoors with his dogs, Scarlett and Finn.

Dominic Hesmondhalgh, DDS
Dr. Hesmondhalgh is passionate about delivering patient-centered care, emphasizing comfort, trust and education. He believes a healthy smile begins with a strong partnership between patient and provider and takes great care to ensure each patient feels informed, empowered and at ease. His goal is not just to enhance smiles, but to boost confidence and support lifelong oral health.
Dr. Hesmondhalgh is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association and the Cincinnati Dental Society.
Outside of the office, Dr. Hesmondhalgh enjoys a variety of hobbies which include playing guitar, woodworking, cycling, hiking and spending quality time with his Fiance and their two beloved one-eyed cats, Boo and Bugs.
